- we need to receive the sample charge at first,

- if you place the order of quantity amount to 5000pcs , we will refund to you the samplecharge

- color should be made as per customers' requirement. while if the quantity is small,perhaps the cost will

be a bit higher than big quantity, for the startup printing fee is fixed
